[Milsurplus] Unusual Command Set type rcvr I saw, 13.5-20 MHz

Forgive me if I mess up the nomenclature by calling it a Command Set, but it looks like a normal ARC 5 type rcvr. but for the unusual freq coverage.

Data plate said TYPE CBY 46108  A UNIT OF RAT-1 EQUIPMENT

Serial No. 2

Dial is 13.5-20 Mc

Contract No. NOs-67258  DATE 24 JUNE 1939

Black wrinkle finish, like new
