Pending reply from Mark, I'd say it is definitely a USN T-47/ART-13.
The nomenclature tag is USN JAN-style, thus T-47, rather than the
plastic USN tag used on the ATC units.

The USAAF T-47A/ART-13 has a different style tag than either of the
above.  And the T-412/ART-13B was modified from earlier ATC, T-47, or
T-47A units, and usually had a metal overlay over the original tag
with the new nomenclature.
