[Milsurplus] ART-13 Installation in a Grumman Avenger

Mark --

Perfect timing.  I was attempting to paint my BC-348 with Zinc Chromate 
primer, "Spray can mode",  the spray at 12" was dust, as 6" went to a 
sticky powder, from surface .  To be kind - I'm not a happy artist.

Looking at the avenger interior looks like liquid glass coating of Zinc 
Chromate.  My surface became like rough sandpaper.   Temperature was > 
80 degrees,  for some parts, and I continued the process the next 
mourning ~75 degrees; all with the same results.  AT the recommended 12" 
the stuff was powder.  What did I do wrong?  I need to the painter on 
that bird nice job.
