Steve KB4DMF was making these for a while, but I'm not sure he is still
in the business.

It might be worth a note to him at swkb4dmf at windstream.net

From a fabrication standpoint, they aren't difficult (with the right
tools - bar folder and small milling machine are the best combination)
and one can actually fold the lip on a long piece of 5052 aluminum and
then cut several sizes off the piece for final finishing, sort a like a
cookie roll. Oh, and a 1/4" counterbore is a nice thing to have to
provide a relief for the snap slide stud that gets riveted in one to
three places, depending on the mount. As Michael mentioned, the
dimensions are available pages 255 to 260 or so in the on-line ARC-5
manual. The only thing missing are the dimensions of the folded over
portion, with the milled cutouts along the top, but those and the
location of the snap slide stud can be inferred from an actual control box.
