[Milsurplus] Should this be surplus?

Probably cost a whole lot less to the taxpayers than all of
those early warning radar sites which have been deactivated,
dismantled, bulldozed, etc. over the past few decades.
They served their purposes and any financial recovery that can
be realized is simply a bonus.
