[Milsurplus] Should this be surplus?

You're right.  The research was done, we flew many successful space 
missions, the science and technology were moved ahead.

It would be fun to fire up but the costs would be far beyond what most 
individuals and small companies could touch, and then for what purpose?

I sure would like to have some select pieces though.
