[Milsurplus] Should this be surplus?

It's an interesting historical artifact but nowhere near as important as
the launch comlex where the Apollo vehicles launched. They were scrapped
years ago.
The instrumention and machine are historical artifacts and are way out of
date. It presents no current threat. It might make a fun carnival ride.
Most Apollo era stuff is not worth much unless it actually flew. Lots was
produced.
