Let me add one more important comment:  Look around your shack and shop.  How many borrowed things do you see?  All of those automatically become part of your estate upon your demise.  If you intend that those items be returned to their rightful owners, there needs to be paperwork to that effect, both in your files and in the owners hands.  I have seen that go awry several times, the estate disposes of the item for far less than its value to an opportunist, while the actual owner is left holding the (empty) bag.

Do it now and keep it up to date!
