I know a good and decent man (and friend) from south Texas
who handles estates and goes out of his way to deal fairly.
I've talked to him.  When the Almighty finally gets tired of
my fooozling-around, Kay will open a folder in our filing
cabinet.  Among all the papers and instructions is a sheet
with his business card and home/cell numbers on it.
She will call him and he will come with a truck, clear out
"wall to wall" and, once inventoried, cut her a check.
I've told her:  "It will be less than you think it should be,
and more than he should pay...."  because the former
is human nature and the latter is just Mike being Mike.
I feel very lucky to have met him....
and I hope he doesn't go before me! ;-)
