[Milsurplus] Anyone know where I can find the op man for a PVS-5A?

I would like the operators manual for the AN/PVS-5A (perhaps modified to 
5B) NV goggles.

This is TM-11-5855-238-10.

If available I would also like to see the maintenance manual, the -20 
and -24 of the above number.

So far no joy on Google, just lots of references, and places to buy 
paper copies.  I'd strongly prefer pdf.
