I'm in similar boots.  For years i scrounged and bought everything i could find that related to my interests in radios.  At one time here in the late 80's i had around 30 receivers as an example.  Why?  I have no idea other than i had more money than i had brains apparently.  Same thing might exist today.  I've got a 10 X 10 storage shed with 4 walls lined with stuff from tubes and command sets to antenna wire and insulators to who knows what else.  I have all sorts of stuff in the garage and my small bedroom turned into radio shack keeps accumulating boxes or stuff i want to sell or dispose of.

I find it really had to make a decision as to what to do.  It's mine and i paid for it and i don't know when i might regret from selling something syndrome appears to be in force.  I also have 4 ea 5 drawer file cabinets full of manuals and other old literature pertaining to aircraft and radios out in the garage.  Can i "cull" anything out to dispose of?  to much stuff PERIOD!  When i'm gone they will be digging gear and paper out of places around here that i don't even remember putting "stuff" into.  Pakrat?  Well maybe.  I have talked with another ham who is much younger than i about handling my estate as he is pretty knowledgable on radio gear beings as he has done a couple of radio estate sales in the past.  At least most of my stuff won't go into the dumpster although i worry about the paper artifacts, manuals etc that remain.

I don't think i can ever sell it all off, at least judging from my efforts in the past.

"It's mine, i paid for it and it's mine to do with as i please?.  Right!

And when will i go?  Anytime could be a good guess.
