Very likely. The WS 19s were used in places like Italy long after WWII and
some spare parts have NATO style part numbers. This refers mainly to the
Canadian Mk III sets, not the Lend-Lease US made Mk IIs.
There is an Italian seller on eBay that consistently offered WS 19 and
GRC-9 spare parts that can only have come from a high echelon repair depot
warehouse. (things like Dynamotor T/R relays, filter caps, and internal
switch assemblies).
The WS 19 Mk IIIs were in Canadian Cadet and possibly other service until
at least 1960. It was a rugged, reliable radio, but did require operator
skill. In unskilled or ham-hacker hands it was a disaster.
Best,
-John
