Unfortunately, being the British perspective, it is incomplete and in some ways, misleading.  Taking only "RCA" phono connectors:  He states only the male is installed on cables.  What are all those in my cable collection with female RCA molded on the end?  Also, GE Mobile Radio used a single mated RCA at 470 MHZ in several generations of two-way equipment.  I measured loss through them at several times and with several different measurement set-ups, and it was a fraction of a dB, about the same as anything else less expensive than a type "N".  Don't put two in line a quarter wave apart, however.
