Hate to bring this up again but is anyone else having trouble getting to the 
LOGSA ETMS online site?  Checked the TLS 1.0 Setting already.

Using Firefox 3.5.10 in WinXP PRO.

Looking for Fluke 8011A manual to restore one my Dad gave me 35 years ago or 
so.  Not that it's all that great an instrument but it is in pretty good 
shape.  Took a lightning surge some years go so probably has some power 
supply issues.
