[Milsurplus] Collins part

I have this Collins avionics part, I bought it thinking it was for a 
friend's
radio, but it was not. I do not at this time recall what exactly it is
nomenclatured or what radio it is for. It is a switch assembly that
fits into a recess. The triple concentric knobs, large outer knob
1-24 steps, center concentric knob, A-Z marked, and small center
knob goes to a long 1/8" shaft that extends about 4" past the
rear of this assembly. Front color is black, of course, and marked
"HF XMTR/RCVR" with Collins logo.  If you honestly can use this,
you tell me what you would like to pay, and no doubt it can be
