I have one similar but not exactly the same.  ALL CAPS. It was a Telegrapher's
typewriter. Does not have a zero, but does have a 1.  Has a shift key but no
shift lock.  It resembles the Underwood No.5.

Not an answer for you, but more questions. :-)
