[Milsurplus] Mystery Project-- Can you ID the Radio?

Ray,

Power it up quick!  The USA in Early Feb. (8th I think and soon Canada too) will be pulling the plug on Loran C.  However I suppose that this used one of the earlier Loran systems anyway?
