It looks like the RT-76 was the immediate predecessor to or
inspiration for the BC-AA-191.  It's like the relationship between the
Type K and the military equipment derived from it or, more in period,
the Models B & D and the SCR-A*-183 & GF/RU.  (I'm sure other examples
exist; those are the only ones that come to mind at the moment.)
