[Milsurplus] Switchcraft screwdriver for mil phone plugs

It's typically called a piloted screwdriver or pilot tip screwdriver,
but it's very easy to make with a Dremel tool and a small flat bladed
screwdriver. If you want it to look like the originals, you can chuck
the screwdriver in a lathe and slowly rotate it while you dress the tip
with the Dremel. I normally use one of the cutoff wheels that come in a
kit for the Dremel. You don't need to take off much from the tip of the
screwdriver to provide the pilot, luckily.
