Hard to say. The only conclusion I can draw is that nobody has read the
mail for long enough that the mailbox is larger than the quota set by
the mailserver administrator(s). Time to try postal mail, maybe. I'd go
for certified mail with return receipt, to be sure that it had actually
got there.
