I never heard this before.

How long was delivery of the news to DC delayed?  (I don't know the
time of the attack, and I don't know the time zone of "4P".)

What does "RCA Radiogram" mean?  Does it mean HF radio, but a better
HF radio system than the "Army HF system"?

Were these two HF radio systems the only means of comm. between Hawaii
and North America at that time?  Was there no sea-bottom cable?!
