[Milsurplus] ID'ing a dynamotor (?)

Barry,

With no additional model/military nomenclature it's almost impossible
to figure out what equipment it is for. It looks like it's a
motor-generator or rotary converter by another name and not a
dynamotor as the output is AC.
Alimentation = Input, Utilisation = Output.

If you have no use for it, I'd gladly take it off your hands, as I
need exactly such a rotary converter to power up a cold-war era
Russian aircraft receiver which needs 28 VDC and 115 VDC at 400 Hz...
