[Milsurplus] Choke inductor question

Robert, All  -

I broke down and checked out the choke.  I did not want to do it but 
curiosity got the better of me. List members sent me schematics, and 
nothing matched up.  I think there was a radar CRT display or 
osilly-o-scope  also? but that was so long ago.

This part specs for the record is:

Color flat balck;
Measurements are 2"W X 2.25"L X 2.9375"H ; 
Labeled :

L102
American Electric Labs Inc.

Measured :
8.7Hy
30 Ohms

A nice sealed package.  Havent seen may like this.
