Don't pass them up!  I have three, two RAL's and an RAK, and never paid
more than $10.  Strip the cabinet and front panel, repaint black
wrinkle, and they look nearly new.  The last one had been stored
outdoors face down in the mud, and now looks super.  Inside was near
new, with no deterioration.  Usually the only electrical restoration
necessary is replacing all the resistors which have aged way high.

The shielded power cable is terminated at both ends with lugs on
terminal strips, and is not too much bother to disconnect. (five lugs)
This made good sense in a high vibration military environment.
