The stamp is typical of a depot overhaul stamp where a piece of equipment is
overhauled and placed back in the system for sorck or reuse.

So does anyone recognize the red/orange eagle stamp that shows up in
this photo?

Only part of the stamp shows because the rest overlapped the missing
ID plate - all 3 of the panoramic rcvrs have the stamp.
