[Milsurplus] What's This?

Picture is from ebay.  The seller didn't know what they were and provided no
other pictures.  They look Navy to me, but don't know.  These are not the
submarine vlf receivers discussed earlier.

This looks like an early spectrum analyzer or a RADAR display.

Can you post a clear picture of the front showing the labels on the
controls?
