Jerry, it's kind of a size reduced SX-28 similar to the relationship
between the full size R-390 and the reduced size R-392. It's not of the
same quality but it can be useful. There is one on the e place right
now without a PS.
It was meant, I believe, for aircraft use or other installations where
the smaller size would be needed. It doesn't look anything like an
SX-28 but it's supposed to work like one. For free? Grab it if you like
restoring old rigs.
