I didn't check how Bill was going to ship it but $12 is about typical 
minimum charge from UPS these days.  At least shipped to a residence by someone 
who doesn't do enough shipping to get daily pickup and monthly billing.  On 
the other hand, four of the things could ship for about 13.00.
