de WB2CPN All the WWII airplanes that I was ever in up front, they had little infra-red lamps that made the guages glow. They were in holders, but could be lifted out. Was the glow caused by magic? I have a TV remote unit here that glows somewhat in the dark. But not very much. 73 Clete
