[Milsurplus] GRC-106 test meter

Just put up an AN/GRC-106 "TEST" meter:

This is the center meter on the AM-3349. These amps were often 
released with no meters at all.  I have no TUNE or LOAD meters, but
if your amp has three empty holes this will get you started.
