Ben -
Do you have a pic - Front, back, side?
With out a pic may i suggest:
CRC makes a bolt FREEZing spray oil, obtained at AutoZone in my area, 
Apply many small squirts and set over night repeat, for a few days or 
so; then one massive squirt 7 seconds or so and twist. In my in case - 
to get 6 stuck 4/40 - 050 set screws out.   6.00 for a large can.
OR
Apply liquid wrench, Warm in oven or heating pad?
again apply liquid wrench, warm some more;  then pull from warmer?  hit 
body with Dry Ice for 40-60 seconds then twist. 8.00 for dry ice. I 
found from Randalls grocery store.
