[Milsurplus] RF Connectors

At our local hamfest I bought some RF adapters that I had never seen before.
I have a female to female coupler that is marked UG-109A/U.
I also have a right angle Male to Female adapter of the same type 
connector that is marked TRU (with an arrow through the letters) 9058.

Can any one identify what series connectors that these adapters are for?

These look like LC connectors, but smaller.

The ring on the male part of the right angle adapter has 8 notched in 
it like a castle nut, implying that this would be a connector that 
required high torque to complete the mate.

Google yielded no useful data.
