[Milsurplus] GRC 109

I have just gotten 2 GRC 109 Transmitters T784 also says Rt-3 on them also 
withit came 2 more cases and a bunch of parts plus and a transmitter face 
plate.There is a photo copy manual as well.Looks like maybe from Fair 
Radio.I really dont need them so I am offering them here first before they 
go you know where and I haste that place.Make me an offer no clue to value.
