[Milsurplus] Battle Announcing System

I'm looking for some info on the chest microphones used with the "Battle
Announcing System" on the Battleship Massdachusetts. The ones they have
are missing the microphone elements.

The RCA system manual has pics of the Microphone and one is identified as
MI-2162 (looks like) on a drawing of the data plate.

Does anybody have any further specs for the mike or, much better, a source
for them?
