[Milsurplus] Sub-miniature oscilloscope info required

I found a very small oscilloscope and need info to get it working.
It is all solid state exception made for a very tiny, 3/4 inch 1DP1 CRT.
Overall dimensions of the scope are approx. 2 x 2 x 6 inches.
The front panel has controls marked HOR, VERT, TRIG, STAB and 1, 2, 3.
Only electric interface is a multipolar Cinch connector near which someone handmarked +24V, -24V, 6.3V.
I guess it is a sort of indicator from a radio receiver or RTTY modem: who can help me?
