My little trick is to use a fine pointed tweezer,closed and inserted into the pilot hole and then released to expand and gently hold the subject un-nameable screw.With gentle and just patience,I enable the aforementioned screw through the ring terminal and into and then secured in its proper resting place.Hopefully for all eternity....
