"mH is correct for millihenry.  uH is OK for microhenry, but Greek 
lower-case letter mu is preferred instead of u.  In my magazine articles, 
the editor always changes my u's to Greek lower-case letter mu's.  Bottom 
line; either the magazine or the catalog made a mistake."

And the difference is 1,000, so make sure you know what you need and what 
the other guy is selling.
