Jihn:

On page 383 is a schematic of the TS 251/AP pulse-signal generator which does exactly what you want to do. Only "odd" items are the 1818.18 kHz crystal and the WE 308 varistor.

Oh, er, the book is "Loran" Vol. 4 of the Rad. Lab. series. These books were retrospective, and based on actial deployed hardware, in addition to the discussions of theory. I spent many enjoyable hours in high school and college reading my way through these 27 volumes.

YMMV

Does anybody have a spec for the LORAN A transmitted signal? I need to
design and build a signal simulator.

I've been told the system is described in the MIT Rad Lab books, but was
that the system that was actually deployed in WW II?

Thanks,

-John
