[Milsurplus] RS-38B Mike used with ?

Can you tell me what this is used with?
I have a RS-38B push to talk hand mike on a  
6 1/2 foot cord, ASSY CTE 510122, 
splits into 3 cords, 
one with a 4 pin female, 
2 with 2 pins male.
