You'll know what I mean by that if you ever was
put into an appropriate situation.
Don't blame the stupid government, For people
who have to make decisions about who lives and
who dies are as far away from "government" as it
gets.   I clearly recall being busy rebuilding some
T-4 HF transmitters in Japan, to be sent to Korea
that day, because we didn't have anything else.
That was '51 at Tachikowa.
