[Milsurplus] Testinf 15E Tubes with an OAW Tester

Does anybody have any knowlege of or expereience with testing 15E triodes
with an OAW or OAW-1 tester?

First off, this is not your ordinary tube tester.

My question is the manual covers the peak emission test fine, but it is
unclear whether the plate voltage should be 250 or 1000 VDC for the tube
cutoff test. It is supposed to be 1000 VDC for the peak emission test.

Any info would be much appreciated.

Oh, if anybody has an OAW or OAW-1 for sale, please drop me a note
off-list. My current plan is tocobble one together out of lab supplies.
