[Milsurplus] Knob wanted

Does anyone have a junker BC-344 or some parts?  The "VOL" know on mine is not the best and would like to have one in better shape.  Otherwise this is in very nice shape.
 
Oh yeah, i happened to find a package of #44 lamps so the dial lights are working again.
 
I have several types of 28V lamps like the #313 as excess if anyone needs things like that.  They are the same base as the #47 and #44.
