One thing to keep in mind, is that the keying line in these
transmitters is interlocked through control C. The transmitter
will not key if Control C is between the marked positions.

My T-47A came to me after having been worked on a bit. The test
switch had been replaced with a normal(not spring loaded)
SPST switch, which had been wired backwards.  Then to compound
the issue, the dial on Control C was misaligned. It took
a bit of headscratching and reading the book to get that
straightened out.
