[Milsurplus] Chair (as seen in Navy radio rooms)

Where I work is a "legacy" chair which is a smallish, all metal frame
chair, which to me looks just like the chairs seen in photos of Navy
warship radio rooms.  The name on it is "Harter", I think. The seat
part is some kind of dark plastic and needs replacement or serious
repair. It would be kind of a hassle to ship it somewhere but it seems
to me like I should try to save it -- maybe. My job out here won't last
forever and the next incumbent I'm sure will toss this in the scrap metal
tub in minutes. Not that it's bad, it's just way old-fashioned, no wheels
and four legs. ( "Four legs bad, five legs good" - apologies to George
Orwell . ) Of use to someone out there? -Hue Miller
