Ya gotta remember that naval information is highly classified material in those places.  You have likely earned a high place on their watch lists now, so don't plan to visit any of those countries unless you use an assumed name.  Living in the good ol' USA gives you a warped perspective on international freedom of information.

I don't know.  Over the years, I've written to the addresses 
I could find for naval information in other countries.
I've never gotten a single reply.
Maybe my feet stink?
