Robert:
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I seem to recall fasteners in WW2 were all slotted head. Now they all seem to be Phillips, or maybe Pozidrive lately. What was the time frame when the transition away from slotted fasteners occurred?

Larry,
I suspect you mean SO-104. PL-P103 or PL-Q103 are the female connectors
used on the FT-154 Mount.
If so, original hardware is 1 ea #4-40 x 1-5/8" Round Head (sub Binding
Head if necessary) plus Ext lock washer to hold the two casting halves
together. The assembly mounts to the chassis with 2 ea #10-32 x 1-5/8" BH plus 2 Ext
LW (sub 1-3/4" or sub 2" and cut off, and sub Round Hd if necessary). And 2
ea #6-32 x 7/16" BH (sub 1/2") plus Ext LW.
