[Milsurplus] CRACKLING

Krylon hand cleaner takes all silicon off your hands and also on metal tools 
at the Univ of Hawaii.
non sand blasting needed there.  We used a silicon based green grease for 
under water bearings and seals.  I was surprised and it washes off with 
water.
