My solution will be to simply replace the connector with whatever I can find
a mating pair of but I also want to use the connectors in back of the Tx &
Rx chasses (or substitutes thereof) to tie them together. This makes the
set into something closer to an AN/GRC-9 and was how the units were
originally designed to be operated. Initially they were in one box but,
according to something I read, it was too unwieldy for one person to carry
so it got split into two pieces. The connectors are still there so marrying
them won't be a problem.

And, in case anyone cares, no, I do not feel bad about deflowering these
units. An RT-77/GRC-9, I would. These, no. On a positive note, my ChiCom
339 Rx doesn't seem to need to be altered; I just need a translation for the
controls. One for the SEG-15D would be nice too.

Best regards,
