One possibility is NAVSHIPS 900,011, AKA the Radio & Sound Bulletin.  
900,011.1 is dated JAN 01 1941.  900,011.18 is dated APR 01 1945.  I have most of 
them but none scanned (they have been in the attic since long before I got 
my first scanner).  I don't have quite all of them but as I recall, Mike H. 
and I traded a few issues back and forth years ago.  When I put them into my 
database, I entered a note for most issues listing which sets were covered. 
 900,011.8, .11 and .14 list TBX.  So maybe it is in one of those.  I don't 
have time to look today but will bring them down and take a look when I 
can.

Hue, when you find the stack, if this is what it is. let me know and I'll 
send you the short list of numbers I'm missing.

R&SB eventually became the EIMB.  But I've forgotten what it was in 
between.
