One possibility is NAVSHIPS 900,011, AKA the Radio & Sound Bulletin.
900,011.1 is dated JAN 01 1941. 900,011.18 is dated APR 01 1945. I have most of
them but none scanned (they have been in the attic since long before I got
my first scanner). I don't have quite all of them but as I recall, Mike H.
and I traded a few issues back and forth years ago. When I put them into my
database, I entered a note for most issues listing which sets were covered.
900,011.8, .11 and .14 list TBX. So maybe it is in one of those. I don't
have time to look today but will bring them down and take a look when I
can.
Hue, when you find the stack, if this is what it is. let me know and I'll
send you the short list of numbers I'm missing.
R&SB eventually became the EIMB. But I've forgotten what it was in
between.
