[Milsurplus] BC-348-Q Parts Needed

I'm looking for the following parts:

1. A nameplate for a BC-348-Q (Wells-Gardner, Order No. 11415-WF-43); and

2. Two knobs for this set.

I bought it several years ago but forgot all about it. I dug it out recently. It wasn't hacked too bad and has turned into a nice little band cruiser.

Any help with these parts would be gratefully appreciated.
